Free screening tools
Wondering if you might be neurodivergent? These free, widely used questionnaires can help you decide whether to seek an assessment.
Before you start
A screening questionnaire is not a diagnosis. It can only suggest whether a full assessment might be worth exploring.
- Answer based on how things have been for most of your life, not just recently.
- A high score doesn't mean you're neurodivergent, and a low score doesn't mean you're not.
- Take your results to a doctor or an assessment service if you'd like to go further.
- If you're unsure what to declare at a seafarer medical, ask the approved doctor. You must always declare a diagnosis and any medication.
