Information, not advice
We work hard to make our content accurate and up to date, but it is general information. It is not a substitute for advice from a doctor, an approved medical examiner, a lawyer, your union or your employer about your own situation.
Rules on medication, medical fitness and employment differ between countries, flag states and employers, and change often. Before you rely on anything here, particularly the ADHD medication map, check with the relevant authority.
Our tools
Tools such as the adjustment builder, disclosure guide and spiky profile help you organise your thoughts. Screening questionnaires are not a diagnosis. Only a qualified professional can diagnose a condition.
The tools run in your browser and we don't see what you enter. You are responsible for anything you choose to download, print or share.
